This is an addon service where you can integrate new features or new development work in your existing website if you have one. This development comes with a support period of 3 months on the development work done by CapsCode.
Additional service integration is chargeable and it will cost you integration charge + service fee of the service which you are taking. For Ex. If you want to setup sending message on form submission automatically, we will use XYZ service for your setup and we will charge a integration cost (ex. 2000) and the XYZ service fee (ex. 3000 or anything).
Once your support period expired you can either renew the support only plan or else you can also go with Pay When You Need plan. This support includes only the change requests or minor development/enhancement and does not include any new MAJOR development work. Any new MAJOR development work post completion of project will be chargeable but we always cares for our clients hence we do minor new development work without any charges (depending on our discussion with the client)
We take all payments via ONLINE mode, UPI, Net Banking, or Payment gateways. We also take payments via CASH or Cheque (if suitable for the client). We take payment in 3 phase (5-10% advance, 45% after 1st demo, rest after the final deployment). NOTE: We do not provide GSTIN invoice copy of the payment done.
